Quality
Production/USP One of the main features of the NÖM AG is the extraordinary effort we put forth toward innovation, a fact consistently confirmed by consumer feedback. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Calling on the assistance of doctors and nutritionists, we are developing innovative milk products such as fasting products for fostering well-being. Existing products, too, are checked regularly and improved in order to achieve optimal quality. In order to constantly raise quality levels of both production processes and the finished product, the NÖM AG has been IFS-certified ("International Food Standard") since 2003. Every individual process, beginning from wholesale customers' needs and on down to consumers, is defined in detail according to the steps involved. This includes, of course, obtaining feedback from wholesalers and consumers and taking advantage of it in order to improve individual processes even more. In addition, this system guarantees that all of the steps relevant to production, from product development and market launch to ongoing product improvement, comply with quality standards and are consistently transparent. |
